SINGLE SCREW ROTOR PUMPS FOR LIQUIDS – PM 8-30-50-80
Aisi 304 stainless steel pump body on wheels, coaxial gearmotor, Aisi 304 stainless steel rotor, NBR series stator (alternatively EPDM or Viton), Aisi 304-EPDM stainless steel universal joint (alternatively EPDM or Viton), NBR series mechanical seal (alternatively EPDM or Viton). CE-compliant electrical panel. Standard DN40 fittings (specify the type when ordering).
The single screw pump is a volumetric hydraulic operating machine, which operates thanks to a proven mechanism composed of an eccentric screw in stainless steel and a stator internally coated in plastic material.
The rotation of the screw inside the stator creates a series of hermetic compartments that are moved along the suction-delivery axis thus creating the pumping action.
They are suitable for the delicate transport of more or less dense fluids, with or without suspended solid particles: Food liquids, synthetic resins, bitumen and sludge.
The application sector varies from food to wine, dairy, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, etc.
Particularly suitable for filtration and bottling processes as well as for simple decanting.
